My airpods case got stolen/lost in my local gym more than a year ago. Unfortunately, the staff weren’t really cooperative which eventually led me to losing hope in ever finding it. I’ve also tried looking into if it was possible to get a replacement case with Apple but I’m having trouble looking for that offer in my country’s Apple website.

Now, I’d like to hopefully make use of my Airpods Pro again so I would just like to ask if there are compatibility issues if I ever get a new case? I’m looking to consider even HK variants or class As if there’s no issues but I’ll probably also try asking around FB groups if anyone with only the case would be willing to sell theirs for cheap instead.

This happened almost a year and a half ago but I’ve been fully checked out and haven’t had the mental energy to deal with this.

So a while ago I was biking while listening to my airpod pros and the case fell out of my pocket. I was devastated because I had just got them and I rarely lose anything. I didn’t get them at the Apple Store so they told me I’d have to get a whole new pair which made me incredibly angry. Why can’t I simply just buy another charging case like the first generation? I called the apple customer service line TWICE, which led me absolutely nowhere, right back to the Apple Store where they told me I had to buy another one.

Can someone PLEASE tell me if there’s a way to get a new case or if I’m stuck with airpod pros that are absolutely useless?

I recently lost my airpods pro charging case and was looking for a replacement even if it's unofficial. Was looking at these $36 on amazon. I wanted to know if they damage the airpods or if they're any good. Any specific recommendations?

I recently lost my airpods 4th generation case and was looking for a replacement. The apple store website is really confusing me and I'm struggling to order a replacement case. Does anyone have a link that I could use? Preferably apple ones, but if anyone has ordered third party ones that worked then I'd be happy with them as well. I lost my AirPods Pro 2 case in an Uber in another city (Uber driver wouldn't return). I bought it new and the case had the lightning interface for charging. Can I purchase a replacement AirPods Pro 2 case that is USB C for them? If anyone has actually done this I would love to hear if it works, and what steps must be done to ensure that the Airpods recognize the new USB C charging case as their new and appropriate home. Order a replacement case (dropped mine and it broke) and in 2 different A2700 case the AirPods (A2698 and A2699) don’t seat Correctly (snap in) and won’t pair. Do you know why? Hey everyone, as per the title says. Long story short is that I lost my airpods case and was thinking of buying a new one from Amazon. The original airpods charging case was a lightning one. Replacement case in itself is $60 and I am unsure if that even works, or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new pair for $330?

Hello, I accidentally washed my AirPod pros and case. It seemed to be working fine for a few days but now the case doesn’t want to charge. The AirPods themselves seem to be fine and were charging fine. Does anyone know how to get this fixed or how much it might cost?

I, an android user, have been enjoying my pro 2's and I am wondering if I can't finally bin the crappy lightning cable and go full USB C. My case is pretty scratched up and I want to get a replacement, but I would love for it to be USB C. Do we know if apple will make those?

I lost my AirPod Pro charging case (someone stole it) and I was looking to buy a replacement. The 2 options I saw were buying a used case or buying like a 3rd part case for like 30$ on Amazon. I’ve been told that a new case won’t pair and stuff, only charge, is there any truth to that? And what do you suggest I do, I can’t rly afford a whole new pair.

So this is the story of how I somehow finessed apple for a free replacement case...

While helping my parents move I lost the case for my AirPods. I decided to cough up the $70 to replace it. A couple days later my dad found it in one of the bags he was unpacking but it was too late to cancel my order.

When I got the new case I noticed that the inside of the case was a slightly dirty with dust, kind of like if it’s been used for a little bit. I thought apple sent me a refurbished case after I paid a premium price. Also, if it was used the battery is probably a little sucky already. But beyond that the case worked. I call up apple support tell them the scenario and they are trying to assure me it’s a new case blah blah. Then the supervisor gets on the phone and says he can send me a new case and then I can ship the other one back. I didn’t want to do that because I would have had to ship with UPS and their drop off is far from my college campus and I don’t have a means of transportation to do so. So I say that my issue was with that I paid so much for a case that doesn’t look new. I asked if I could just keep the case and get a full or partial refund. The supervisor checked to make sure he could and then proceeded to process a full refund and let me keep the case.

So my dad lost his case a few months prior but didn’t bother buying a new one so I just gave him the extra case I got. But yeah I think I got lucky with this I wasn’t purposely trying to con apple or anything.

Idk how it happened but I seemed to have lost just the case for my AirPods Pro. Do I need to get a new set now or is it ok to buy a generic charging set?

UGH this is driving me crazy. So I lost the case for my AirPods Pro back in May (live in a major city and got off the subway with my AirPods in my ears and left my case on the seat, so there was pretty much no chance of getting them back 😔) Apple doesn’t even sell replacement cases for Pros on their website, so I bought a replacement case off Amazon (not Apple branded) which seems to work charging-wise, but when I try to connect my AirPods to my phone, I get the “mismatched AirPods” message. IT’S LITERALLY THE SAME AIRPODS I’VE BEEN USING FOR A YEAR. Has anyone gone through something like this and knows what to do?? Thank you 😭

Just got home from the Apple Store. Got a replacement right AirPod Pro (2nd gen). I was told to let them charge for 30 minutes then attempt to restart them. I’ve done that and keep getting this message. My only guess is that maybe the guy at the Apple Store gave me a gen 1 AirPod Pro replacement? Any thoughts?
