I searched for the part number (XBCHGX140) and saw some listings on eBay and other sites. EDIT: it’s out of stock on all those website I searched as well. You may be able to use a “universal “ laptop power supply if you can find matching specs and try the different pin adapters. Personally, I would ask Shark to exchange the whole unit for a new in box replacement including the charger or if possible, contact the retailer you bought it from and either return it to them or ask for a remedy.

You could try this 24V 2A center-positive laptop charger and see if it has a pin connector that fits the Shark: https://www.amazon.com/Padarsey-Universal-Adapters-Compatible-Notebook/dp/B07GVDL637 Return it if it doesn’t work. (it’s my understanding that it’s ok for the voltage to be slightly lower and the amperage to be slightly higher but not the reverse, if there are any electrical experts, please correct me if I’m wrong)

Hey all, this is a dumb question. I'm sorry to ask it.
We have a portable shark pet cordless stick, model WZ240 V5. In an unfortunate accident, our charger broke. I found one in the house that fit the vacuum, and plugged in, but didn't charge it overnight.
The back of the vacuum says it requires a DK33-248080H-U Dong Song charger. I'd rather run out to Walmart and buy a generic charger that fits, but if I really have to order a specific charger online, does anyone know what kind to get? Hi! I purchased the Shark IW111 detect pro cordless vacuum and it seems like the wrong charger/charging chord was provided. I’ve tried reaching out to the seller but honestly I’m just looking to get one that works. But for some reason this seems difficult to find the exact charger that will work. Does anyone have any suggestions/advice!? Thank you!

If you already have a universal AC/DC adapter I'd see if you have any tips that fit the vacuum and then set the correct voltage. The Shark IW1111 seems to have 2 chargers: Model: XCHRIW1000 and Model: XCHRGIW3000 . Follow the directions on the 2nd one to see if your battery is 21.6V and you need the 2nd charger.
