I am trying to get refunded for an app purchase that was made 2 days ago, when I pull up the Report a Problem page there are no recorded purchases until April 24th. When I look at my card statement I have made payments to apple on May 5th, 7th and 12th. Just wondering how long I should wait before I expect to see these charges reflected? And yes I double checked I am signed into the same account of the app purchases.

If you haven't received the emailed invoice, the transaction is still processing and won't appear on reportaproblem.apple.com as a refund option. Do you see the charges in your Purchase History? App Store app > profile icon at top right > Purchase History -- if the charges appear here as "Pending", you have not been charged and they won't be listed as a refund option on the website. If you don't see the charges here, but you have a posted charge on your bank/credit account, the charges originated from a different Apple Account.

I go into manage payments and my card says failed but I have money in my bank account, AND the app is free. I delete my card information and reload it in. Same thing!!!
