You can dispute the denial. The outcome of that dispute will be final; no one at Apple can override a denied refund-denial dispute. You failed to cancel prior to renewal. Apple recommends canceling free trials at least 24hrs prior to the renewal date to ensure you're not billed. https://support.apple.com/en-us/118428 When a subscription renews (or you make a purchase), Apple does not always bill immediately, but typically bills within a few days. Rather than having you wait for content that you ordered, Apple allows immediate feature access, even if you haven't yet paid. Once Apple does try to bill you, if declined for any reason, that becomes a negative balance (aka unpaid order) on the Apple Account. My brother accidentally purchased a very expensive $30 or so a week subscription on his game and told me like 30 minutes later. I explain on the apple refund page and they give me a refund and cancel the subscription. It’s always worth an attempt at trying to get a refund

I needed to download the Adobe Acrobat app to help fill out these forms for a staffing agency, and a subscription is required with a 3 day free trial. I’ve been busy moving the last few days and completely forgot to cancel it until I saw a notification from my PayPal saying I got charged a whole $76 for the yearly subscription.
I requested a refund from Apple support, and this is my first time requesting a refund. I’ve heard mixed reviews about Apple being lenient with refunds. Is there a chance I may get refunded? I know it’s my fault for not cancelling immediately which I usually do with free trials, but I’ve been so caught up with moving and running around these last few days that I completely forgot.
EDIT: Checked my refund update, they’re refunding me!

Anytime I go to report a problem I request for a refund and say that I didn’t consent for a renewal they refund me back the next day but I’ve only done it with like 3 apps that legit were cancelled and somehow it charged me anyway.
