My dad has two sound link 3's that have never had firmware updated and suddenly are having issues connecting. The old tricks are no longer working. I went to try and update in hopes that this may help but it looks like bose doesnt even offer an update for the product anymore... Is there any way I can find this firmware and still update with the very last update they offered or am I out of luck?

I too would appreciate help with this...seems so stuuuupid that they would stop support for such an amazing speaker.
