My color soundlink II stopped charging
Bose Soundlink Color ll Issues (Connected but no sound)
From: https://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/312296/My+speaker+won't+make+sound.
“ If the speaker seems to connect but will not play audio, try restarting it with the following procedure:
Connect the speaker to power.
Press and hold the Multi-function button for 10 seconds.
While continuing to hold the button, unplug the speaker from power. Then release the Multi-function button.
To completely reset the speaker, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the speaker turns off.”
This seemed to work with our Bose Soundlink Color 2 (had same issue, resolved with this this morning).
The multifunction button is the button between volume buttons. You can see it in the manual (which also has some troubleshooting points at the end):

In case the instructions seem a little off, one other link that shares similar instructions:
https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1884803/Bose-Soundlink-Color-Ii.html#manual
The bottom of first page and the second page cover placing into Ship Mode.
The fix seems to be putting into Ship Mode and then possibly Reseting (wiping) speaker, where you’ll have to pair devices again like it was new.
Hope this helps!

Bose Soundlink Color II not turning on, please help!

I've had this bose color soundlink 2 for quite a few years now and it's still in pretty good condition however just this morning I woke up to find it dead (I usually have it quietly playing music while I sleep) so I plugged it in and it made the noise and showed the light that indicated that it was charging but quickly ended. After messing with it I'm noticing that it only charges for a moment then quickly dies. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to buy a new speaker?
Hi there,
As title suggests, I have a Bose Soundlink Color II and it's showing that it's connected to my bluetooth device (iPhone) but once it's connected no sound comes out when I'm playing any sort of music.
The voice prompts from the Speaker are still working (e.g. "Battery high - connected to ______'s iPhone"), so I have no reason to believe that the audio is completely non-functional.
I've checked that the volume isn't at 0, and have also checked that it is updated to the latest firmware.
Any advice/suggestions from you guys are highly appreciated! :D

This didn't work for me.
What did work was pressing the button to the right of the bluetooth button then pressing the bluetooth button again.
My Bose Soundlink Colour won't turn on. When I connect it to power, the charging symbol blinks orange three times and then turns green. As soon as it turns green, the light then goes off. It doesn't turn on at any point. I've tried:
Updating the firmware
Pressing the play/pause button for 15 seconds and disconnecting from power, and reconnecting - this causes the charging led symbol to flicker weakly orange for a second after pressing for 15s and then goes off again
Pressing the aux and - buttons together for 15s
Pressing the power button for 15s and repeating the rest of 2. No led light observed.
Any ideas for a solution? I'd greatly appreciate any advice, thank you in advance.
