Shopping at Restaurant Depot

Hi everyone,
I run a food distribution company in Massachusetts and I’m exploring a subscription-based model for restaurant owners who currently shop at Restaurant Depot.
Here’s how it would work:
Flat monthly fee of $350
No other fees or markups — you pay Restaurant Depot prices
We deliver directly to your restaurant (dry goods, paper products, janitorial supplies, snacks, etc.)
Minimum $350 per order, with a 2-day lead time
In some cases, we offer even better pricing since we buy direct from manufacturers/distributors
Think of it like Uber Eats, but for Restaurant Depot runs — no more driving across town, waiting in lines, or hauling boxes yourself.
Would this be something you'd sign up for?
What would make this a no-brainer for you?
Does the $350/month fee seem reasonable based on what you spend in time and hassle?
Appreciate your honest feedback — trying to build something truly helpful for small restaurant owners.
Thanks in advance!
I need to buy a lot of stuff in bulk for an order I'm doing, does anybody know whether it's worth the drive up to Restaurant Depot versus just buying at Costco or Sam's Club? It's like a 40 min drive for me and I don't want to waste the gas money if it's comparable prices. I'm not a member so I can't really check Restaurant Depot prices ahead of time :(
I'm looking to buy butter (35lbs), chocolate chips (50lbs), brown sugar (31lbs), flour (52lbs) and eggs if they carry that! (Is it obvious what I'm making lol)
