Furniture restoration starter kit?
Depends how damaged the stuff you're repairing is. If it has no structural damage: sandpaper, tac cloth, quality brushes/sprayer, containers for thinner and varnish etc. will get you pretty far. Don't forget a drop cloth much bigger than you think you need, and a respirator with filters for gases. I'd do yourself a favor and buy a random orbital sander and a detail sander though, I wouldn't want to restore furniture by hand sanding. More on reddit.com

August 9, 2020 - I'll Bee ,I have never seen this _ I Never had that Issue with Regular Stripper .. I also always Sand & Steel Wool with Grain in Wood , it's a lot of Hand Work , but makes for Better End Result .. also Bending Back Stain Your Going to End Up Using - on some - Test Area's To see Results , will give You an Idea of Where to Head next .
