I'm trying to compile a good list of Mid Century Modern furniture companies and their furniture lines for research and reference. I'm talking only about original makers during the mid century era, not who's making them now. Here's a list I've started, but I know there's a whole lot more. Would appreciate any help on expanding my list🙂 Any furniture company, furniture company line, or specific piece.

Please keep in mind two things if you comment on this post. First, I'm just getting into Mid Century Modern, so please be gracious. Second, I understand that there's differences in quality and collectability with these. I'm just interested in knowing the different furniture lines and pieces (information about the quality and collectability is helpful to me though).
I'm trying to compile a good list of original mid century modern furniture companies in the United States for personal research and reference. I mean the original makers during the mid century era, not who's making them now. Here's a list I've started, but I know there's a whole lot more. Would really appreciate any help on expanding my list🙂 I posted something similar to this before, but after some helpful feedback about the list being too broad, I decided to change my approach a little. The list is sorted alphabetically.
Please keep in mind some things if you comment on this post.
First, I'm just getting into mid century modern, so please be gracious🙂
I'm referring to United States manufacturers only on this list. UK, European, Scandinavian interests me, but I think it's simpler if this specific list sticks to US companies.
I know there will be comments that are inaccurate, so rest assured, I'll do research and do my best to get everything right and not add anything to the list if I can't find proof it was a company that manufactured MCM furniture during the MCM era. I'm happy to correct the list as well if someone points out errors that can be researched and corrected.
I understand there are probably thousands of companies that made MCM furniture. I don't think the list would get that long, but if it did, that would be pretty cool.
I understand many companies manufactured both traditional furniture and what we call MCM today along with other types or styles of furniture. If a company made even just a few MCM pieces, I would add them to my list.

This isn't supposed to be a comprehensive list. The purpose is mainly for me to be able to do research and become familiar with the names of the most popular companies🙂
