You ship it twice. Once normally, double check their return address bc that is where the return label will deliver it to. Then Repeat Shipment and below the Declared Value button there will be one called Return Service. Pick that, and the options that show up on the right of it, you want to select the option to print the label, not setup pickup attempts. Label will print with the customer's address as the recipient. If an NDA, we attach it to the nda envelope to be used, fold it and put it in the first shipment envelope. If its docs and a ground, best bet is to charge for another ground envelope and stick it to that. Some stores require credit cards on file in case of additional charges, some stores only allow it be shipped back to their store. Check with your owner. More on reddit.com
