I have been experiencing several problems over the past 2 days with my YouTube Extended.

When the "Tamper player settings" setting is checked, videos work, no infinite loading.

BUT the big problem is that the watched videos are not displayed in my history.

If I uncheck this setting, the videos cut off after 40 seconds and I end up with infinite loading.

The videos now appear in my history.

I have tried everything with great desperation, I need my video history.

Someone to help me pls ?

Hello everyone, I'm the same as before, with help I was able to have Youtube Revanced again, the steps I followed was to uninstall any YouTube other than the one recommended by the Revanced manager, download the apkpure one without installing it, patch it and don't touch anything In some other option, install the "new microG" accept the permissions, connect my account, enter YouTube and it works again.

I still literally don't configure it to my liking but I don't see it getting stuck and it's working fine for now I'll try it for a while and I'll come back if something happens or if there's an error or something wish luck to everyone

For some reason it says that i should switch to other youtube app i tried reinstalling revanced extended and microg and tried to log uot from microg and login again. If i switch to my other channel it works fine btw so its super weird :/

I checked revanced, revanced extended (innotio, andrea, rufussin versions) all of them stopped playing videos. Most of the time video dont start at all and keeps spinning and Sometimes it plays for 5 or 6 seconds then keep spinning. Other features like notification and browsing are working. I checked youtube official app and different browsers, they work fine. Are you guys facing the same problem? Im facing it for almost 3 days. I tried clearing data and also reinstalling. Nothing works. And my internet is working fine as other apps are using the same internet

So I have seen a lot of people having these issues and the any Video you click redirects to a YouTube Help Video saying something like "This video isn't supported on this app". This now has happened to me but I was able workaround it.

I have the solution for you

Go to your Revanced Extended settings and go to miscellaneous. Export your settings in both .txt and as a file just to be sure. (this might still not work to import it into the new app. So if have any special settings maybe take a screenshot or a Video)

Then you can delete all the cache and app data of both YouTube Extended and the Vanced MicroG app and uninstall.

Go to your RVX Manager > Settings > Sources and enter it as it shows on the screenshot I provided. (don't worry, once inotia is back you can just reset this back to default)

Restart the Manager and do the usual.

Go to patch, tap on the recommeded version and download it. Then go back to patch on your RVX Manager and tap on storage on the bottom right and choose the version you just downloaded and patch it.

When done patching and installing after opening the app it'll tell you to that microG is missing and it'll redirect you to the supported GMScore site. Download and install it log back in to your Google account and go back to Import your settings (hopefully it works for you) AAAAND YOU'RE DONE. This worked for me and since I still see so many people looking for a solution I thought I'd share how I made it work again. Just to be clear, this app will still look and work like Revanced Extended but in it's core it now is YouTube Advanced and it works perfectly.

So, the videoes on YouTube Revanced stopped playing a few hours ago. Whenever i press on a video it automatically pauses itself and can't be unpaused. The title, description and comments sometimes don't load either. YouTube shorts work fine. I have the most recent version of everything. Tried updating, reinstalled everything a bunch of times, I even tried three different accounts. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Edit: Solved! What was causing issues for me was the app Regain, used to limit screentime. This has happened before to other people. I uninstalled it and now YouTube is working again. Other possible solutions are:

• Disable Picture-In-Picture feature in the app settings

• Remove the "remove background player restrictions" patch and reinstall Youtube
