Nice try elon, you cannot catch us all, jokes asides, A lot of people have patched twitter and are using it. I personally like it because it gives me the ability to download videos and images, without using any external tool.

Interested to learn which apps folks think Revanced is essential for. At the moment, I am only using it for Youtube and Twitter,. The absolute best thing for me about it for Youtube is the ability to completely switch off Shorts. I cannot put into words how much I detest Shorts!
I'm not the most active on Twittter/X, but Revanced is brilliant at cutting out the embedded ads that are otherwise impossible to remove.

I use YouTube Revanced, When I recommend it to my friends they always ask me, it's too good to be true! And they say something might be fishy on backside, and I've no answer to that!
How it's a thing, I mean people still pay for YouTube premiums and all, and why has Google hasn't taken any action in this program?

Google has taken several measures against custom clients like Revanced in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Just like they've built Chrome to not properly work with ad-blockers any longer. But the Revanced team is always a small step ahead ✌️

It is literally called revanced BCS they took action against vanced (beloved former YouTube client that essentially did the same as revanced). To your other question: People pay for YouTube premium rather than getting revanced because not everyone is tech literate, for them it's scary to even download a app from outside the Play store (which is probably for the best if you don't know what you do) and it's probably even scarier to patch apps with basically what is a injection tool where you later login with your Google accounts ID and PW. But if you actually inform yourself a bit about the whole operation (at least of the official revanced and not the websites that try to copy the website to get people to install actual malware) then this is basically just a open source project that tweaks your APK nothing more nothing less.

Vanced was working fine for me till yesterday. Its actually not big of a deal just sometimes comments or video suggestions doesn't load and sometimes the videos shows green buffering which i think is fault of my phone which gets fixed after restarting the app.
Offcoarse i'm also getting home ads now too and the app works slower.
But is revanced better than vanced? I don't like youtube new updates which is see in my normal youtube from interference to shorts to polls system and when i open the app it redirects to shorts instead of home screen everything seems off. If revanced just works on youtube principle it isn't my thing. Give your suggestions please

Well, try it for yourself. if you don't like how ReVanced works you can use Vanced until it's discontinued. You can also use the 2 apps simultaneously.

Yes, i was vanced user until 2 weeks ago or so, videos were saying i needed to update and other bugs, i have been using revanced and works fine and had support if you have any problems, sooner or later you will have to change.

tldr from u/hlytus comment, ReVanced main tend to have less features as they operate on philosophy of slow and steady, while RvX has more features (like alot more) and operates on a "420 blazeit! ya yeet!" philosophy, which to say might've made it sound like RvX is unstable and all, but no not really, u/inotia00 just a genius and a hardworker ya see. Also you can always install them both at the same time no issues and compare them via normal use.
