Hi all! Looking for feedback on Revival washable rugs if anyone has to share?! I have two ruggables, and really no complaints (ok fine, the color fading isn’t ideal), but i’m looking for a softer option for my bedroom. Revival caught my attention and their reviews seem great, but I know better than to not ask reddit. Let me know!!
searched the sub and didn’t find much in regards to Revival specifically, sorry if a repeat post!

Revival rugs
I am looking to replace the rug my baby comes into contact with most (living room 8 x10)
I am looking at hook and loom flat weave ($400) GOTS certified.
But revival rugs have similar size, organic cotton, patterned ($250) but not GOTS certified so … how do you really know??
It’s driving me nuts. If I get the revival I can afford a natural rug pad but … I don’t want to get just a organic rug that has toxic dyes it would defeat the whole purpose.
Guidance is appreciated :(
Slowly and frugally transitioning my home as my baby has just started crawling.
We need a large living room rug. I had been planning to get a cotton one from Hook and Loom for a while. Now I'm second guessing because they are all just so plain. I don't want to hate the look of a massive rug that costs a ton! Then I came across Tumble rugs which are synthetic but check all the buzzword boxes - Oeko-Tex certified, free of PFCs, PFAS, BPA, formaldehyde, phalates, PROp 65 and CPSC compliance, yadda, yadda, yadda....and they are pretty! And affordable!
I think what I'm making this post for is to see if anyone has either of these brands and could give their opinions. Or if you don't, what would be the moderatelygranola approach? I was so set on a natural fiber but I'm tempted by the look of synthetics so I don't know if need to stay strong in my desire to be natural or relax and get something I like 😅
I've been considering purchasing a Revival rug and have been looking through reviews for some time now. For the most part they are GLOWING. There are a couple of warnings to stay away from high pile wool rugs due to their shedding, but otherwise there really isn't anything too concerning. All I can find are a couple of Reddit threads with said info, blogs recommending it, and then the reviews on the website. There are barely any 1 star or 2 star reviews, and the ones that are present aren't too harsh. It either is that the color was off or the size was slightly off. And even then a lot of them say that they just went with a different Revival rug.
Are critical reviews on Revival rugs being removed? Does anyone have any experience with the rugs?
