I’ve been pressing the resume button but it’s still paused I was wondering if anyone could help at all. My wifi is good and I have storage so I don’t understand why this is happening. I also can’t play roblox until it is updated.

For the past day or so, whenever I've gone onto roblox on my phone, it pops up with the roblox upgrade notification. When i press upgrade, it just takes me to the game's page on the app store, where isn't an option to update it. When i go to check if there's any updates available for an app, it says that it's on the lastest version and that there isn't an update available. I've already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it hasn't helped him at all

whenever i try to load and actually play roblox on my ipad it just doesn’t load, it stays stuck on the blue bar loading with the white background like when you usually open the app (atleast for me) but it stays stuck and doesn’t actually load like usual

ive tried uninstalling, closing and reopening the app, all of that. i’ve also checked if servers are down and to my knowledge they aren’t so i’m at a loss on what to do about it ??

6th gen iPad running iOS 14. I am unable to update to 17 for some reason even though I have enough storage. This started happening last week where I get a white screen with a blue status bar that goes nowhere when I open the app.

I have deleted, then reinstalled the app, changed the date forward by one day after reading that suggested here and still can't get Roblox started. Although, now instead of the white screen, I get to the login screen, enter my password, then it times out there.

Thankful for any help this sub can provide.

I even contacted support and they even told me to reinstall, even though I told them it wouldn't work. Is this a problem, some people, because I told my friends and they said it was fine, but I told other people, and they said there going through the same thing. I'm so confused I don't know what to do.

Every time I open Roblox on my phone, it gives me this pop-up and doesn't let me close it. When I tap upgrade and it takes me to Google Play Store, it says there isn't an update at all. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? I'm pretty sure my phone is updated as far as it can be.

Recently I updated roblox on the Google play store like normal but then the next day I went onto the Google play store to update a different app. It said couldn't update roblox even tho it did update. After another day had gone by I tried everything that Google play help and roblox told me to do to fix this issue but nothing worked.when I tried ro launch the roblox app on my phone to play a game it took me off the app and came up with a message. The message said roblox closed because this app has a bug. Update after the developer of this app provides a fix for this error. Then my friend I play with on roblox had the same problem as me so I'm not the only one with the roblox app having a bug. (See in photos of the message that popped up)

Hi all, I’m trying to work out why Roblox has stopped working on my kid’s iPad. It had an app update yesterday and the ios18 update last night. I haven’t changed any content restrictions but it’s been coming up with this since before the ios update. I’ve tried removing all restrictions, deleting the app (also seems impossible as I’ve removed it but it’s still coming up on the App Store) and tried turning off the iPad. She can log in via the web, so no issues there. Any ideas?

I’ve been trying to log into my Roblox account, but every time I login I get this pop-up that tells me that I need to download the new version of the app, i’ve checked the App Store and there’s no update button, and when I press the download now through the pop-up it just leads me to a browser in Roblox telling me to continue in app, it’s just a whole loop of me going round and round and round trying to log in then taking me to the browser, i wanna whether others have face such issues, and I’d appreciate any help!!! My little has an iPad, plays roblox on it. Was working yesterday, did an update today and now the icon is gone. Went to app store and loaded it from there and get a popup that says the app can not be used due to content restrictions. Went to parental controls, it is set to 12+, but roblox won't load. Changed the parental controls to 17+ and it loads no worries. Change it back to 12+, gone.

Has that last update accidentally bumped the age rating on the apple store to 17+ by mistake or something in the background? Any ideas to try?

I was playing bloxburg and then i left to rejoin and now this keeps popping up. Im not sure what to do and i think ive tried everything I can. ive tried ressetting the router, resetting my network settings on the ipad itself, using my hotspot, forgetting both networks (wifi and hotspot) then putting them back in, restarting my ipad, going from the website instead of the app, ive checked for updates but there arent any, deleting then reinstalling, offloading the app then reinstalling it, and so much more. i really cant figure out whats wrong and ive tried so much. i tried contacting roblox support but ofc they didnt do anything. i also looked on the roblox bug report website but that websites posting rules are really confusing to me. it also works on my phone perfectly fine but i really dislike roblox on the phone. is anyone else having this or a similar problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

So I usually play roblox on my laptop, though starting yesterday night I haven’t been able to get in. Instead, I’ve been getting a pop up that says I need to update roblox. HOWEVER. when I go and click the “upgrade” button (which takes me to an update list in my settings) NOTHING shows up. I also tried to search and see if I could update it externally (from like a google play browser) and I’m getting nothing. And I can open roblox on mobile just fine with no issues so I’m so confused why it’s doing this on my laptop😭 sorry if the tag is wrong idk what to tag this as. I’ve also provided photos for what I’m talking about as far as no updates showing goes.
