I keep running into this nagging question over and over again-- how necessary, truly, is a chair that rocks or glides? I already have an excellent Room & Board reclining armchair that I envisioned for a nursery, but while it swivels it doesn't rock back and forth or glide and I've been second-guessing myself. Is this really something I need to have? It's hard to think about spending the money on it when we have a chair that would work perfectly fine for feedings and whatnot, but don't have many friends with kids that can help offer their advice on nursery furniture! As of today, I'm 16 weeks along so we have time to plan, but hoping to do quite a bit of nesting in the next few weeks before I get huge and too uncomfortable.
