Seems kinda strange - maybe a cost-saving measure.
All manuals, however, in a variety of languages are available online (in fact, I =have= a manual for my version 1, same board, but always use the online manual anyway).

What kind of stability issues ? Under load ? Idle ? Both? GPU intensive ? CPU intensive ? Both together ? What is specifically the crash? BSOD? If so, have you analyzed the dump? Or just individual programs crashing? Assuming you are running 100% default bios settings and you have swapped out all devices like you said, and you have no USB devices plugged in, and you have everything properly seated and connected (ie memory in slots A2 B2, etc) when it has crashes then the power supply is what is left. I bought my original Gigabyte motherboard mailorder - could NOT get it to POST - threw my hands up in the air after weeks, RMAed it (Newegg was great with that, BTW), then drove 25+ miles to Microcenter and bought my z790-E motherboard for about $250 MORE than the (new) Gigabyte board.
