I am impressed with this phone, I have to say. I upgraded from the 14 pro and already I feel like I’m living in a dystopian future almost😂 and a braided usb-c? I don’t know man even the setup is so much better. Impressed.

I’m currently with Bell and paying $51/month for an iPhone 15 Pro (128GB) and $56/month for the mobility plan — total comes to around $114/month with tax.

Rogers just offered me a deal:

• $20/month for the iPhone 16 Pro (likely on a 2-year term),

• $55/month for the mobility plan,

• Plus a $300 bill credit if I switch from Bell.

I still owe around $205 on the iPhone 15 Pro to Bell, but I could return the phone and switch over to Rogers.

So basically, I’d be paying $75/month (plus tax) with Rogers for a newer phone and plan, and I’d get the $300 credit to offset my Bell cancellation costs.

Should I take this deal now or wait for:

• The iPhone 17 launch (usually in September),

• Back-to-school promos,

• Black Friday deals?

Any advice appreciated — especially if anyone’s done a similar switch or knows how Rogers deals evolve through the year.
