Basically yes. I think she always knew she loved Gambit more in the back of her mind, but had a lot of doubt for both her and Gambit that the lack of physical touch would be a huge barrier. Think about it, for all they knew they can never have a normal relationship ever and that's A LOT to ask someone even if you love them. People break up all the time for way less. But Rogue realizes, even considering all that, she isn't willing to give Gambit up even on the chance it does become a huge issue. It's incredibly romantic if you think about it, even with all the messiness of the indecision. More on reddit.com
