Hi! I’ve recently become obsessed with overalls and rompers and jumpsuits but my torso is very short (armpit to hips is like 12 inches lol) and long legs and I always have the issue of having way too much space below my croctch giving me a diaper butt or other extra space there… does anyone know of good brands that have short torso options? For some overalls with buttons I’ve just sewn on ones higher up on the strap to raise up the torso but then it becomes cropped on my legs thanks to having avg to long legs. Pls let me know any brands or advice!!! ❤️

r/desmoines on Reddit: Rompers yes or no?
July 11, 2024 -

Seen a lot of folks who wear cargo shorts for their regular summer wear which by utility and function (by that I mean pockets) is snazzy and seemingly acceptable. Overalls seem to still have a stigma of "country" or "off the farm look" -my granddaddy would say "you can a trust a man in overalls" so to that end - by that I mean extra pockets - I'm wondering about mens wearing romper. I got several overalls and coveralls that now are more-like Rompers.... cut offs at the knees - yet still functional. by that I mean extra pockets. even a hammer or a socket loop on the side . I use mine to open carry. Anyway -not looking for fashon tios - in as much as the question - would you accept and respect a figure of authority if they was wearing a Romper?

Signed curious in the near northside of Des Moines Proper.

Let's keep this convo clean, K?

Prayers Up.
