Got the Royal Caribbean Visa Signature card from Bank of America in October. Have an upcoming cruise booked and want to make sure I get my $300 onboard credit.
Questions:
∙ How do I link/import the card to my Royal Caribbean account? ∙ Will the credit show up before I board or only once I’m on the ship? ∙ Can I use the $300 credit to pre-purchase drink packages or Hideaway Beach day passes through the Cruise Planner?

You go to the BofA online account and go to redeem your points there. Do note that you have to earn the points (including the special bonus for spending). It’s not just automatic $300 OBC.

This is a terrible award card. If you care about the value that you get for your purchases, and comp flights/hotels mean anything to your bottom line, go to r/churning and do a small amount of homework. Seriously—haven’t paid for flights in years, get $100 obc for every 7-day, 250 for 15-day, and hotel/casino perks/comps are very much a thing with reciprocal programs. Or tell me that I’m wrong.
