Hey hopefully someone can help or give any tips. I have quite a few parcels coming from overseas to me in the UK. Now the old ParcelForce tracking system had a wonderful feature where you would put in the overseas postal service tracking number and it would find the parcel and when it arrived in the UK it would also give you the ‘UK’ tracking number. Obviously since the change I can’t seem to do it anymore and the Royal Mail Tracking seems to not accept foreign tracking numbers. Was wondering if there were plans to update the Royal Mail tracking to be more like the old parcelforce tracking.
