I’ve ordered one rug from there, checked the reviews, and had good luck with them! They seem to source their rugs from the same manufacturers as other sites like Home Depot, Wayfair, and Overstock, so I would recommend Google image searching for the rug and checking other sites for lower prices and reviews. They have a wide, wide range of prices, quality, etc. We did it; four rugs delivered to the house, opened, inspected, tried out under furniture, etc. Three went back. It has been over a week since I placed the order and my item still hasn’t shipped. It’s a basic 6’7” x 9 rug (not custom). When I placed the order, it said “estimated shipping date: 7/27-8/1…” and I still haven’t received an update.
