Only an administrator can unlock another administrator. There is no self service option in this scenario. Your accountant has to unlock you (if they’re an additional administrator) or if you share a login you must contact RUN at 844-227-5237 if you don’t know how to contact your RUN service center directly. (Each service center has its own number). Follow the phone tree prompts carefully to get where you need to be. Don’t hit 0 over and over again, it won’t help. More on reddit.com

I have a similar problem and your issue does not yet appear in the bugs megathread. My issue is that Projects created in my Teams (web client) account are persistent in the web, but do not populate in the Claude Android app. Like you, I've tried the usual logout/login and app delete/reinstall. Accountant Locked the administrator account out for run payroll and there’s no option to reset password or log in. The customer service number just has an automated message saying log in and chat with an agent but I can’t log in. Where do I go from here. I have to run payroll by tonight.

Got it resolved…. If anyone else comes into this problem on a Thursday before you did payroll for the week. Don’t call the customer service line. CALL THIS NUMBER 1 (866) 989-0196. You’ll get a human!

Just launched my LLC about 4 months ago. Small IT consulting firm, 8 employees including myself. I've been doing payroll manually through my accountant and it's costing me $500+/month plus I'm always worried we're missing something on the tax side.
I need to move to actual payroll software but I'm overwhelmed by the options. Every platform's website makes it sound like they're the best thing ever.
What I need is pretty straightforward: Direct deposit for 8 employees, Federal and state tax filing handled automatically (we're in Texas so at least no state income tax), Year-end W-2s without me having to do anything manual, Workers comp integration or at least tracking would be nice, and simple enough that I can run it myself, I'm not a payroll expert
I'm an LLC taxed as an S-Corp if that matters, so I need to pay myself a reasonable salary too.
Budget: honestly I don't want to spend more than $250-300/month. I know I was paying my accountant $500 but that didn't include bookkeeping.
What are some good options?
