I have an account with "RUN Powered by ADP" that I use to run payroll for a single household employee. Her identity was stolen and I want to cancel ADP and handle her payroll myself. I cannot log in to ADP's website because it says that my userid or password is incorrect and I cannot recover my username because when I provide my email address (which ADP sends emails to daily) or my phone number, it states that it cannot find my email in ADP's records. ADP's support number provides no option to speak to a human or even a not that can help me log in or submit a cancellation request, and I am not sure what the next step is. I emailed the sales agent who signed me up, but who knows if he still works there or will respond. Please help, anyone who knows how I can get ADP either to cancel my service or login so I can reach a customer service rep.
Is there a support email to contact run by ADP? I'm trying to sign in to run my payroll, and keep getting a log in error. ADP seems to have somehow, after 2.5 years, mixed up my kplan adp credentials with my run adp credentials, and won't let me log in.
When I use the support phone number, it tells me I need to log in to contact anyone at adp for support. But I am unable to log in so that is impossible.
Is there an email I can actually email to create a ticket in their system? or a phone number that does anything besides tell me to log in to contact support?
Accountant Locked the administrator account out for run payroll and there’s no option to reset password or log in. The customer service number just has an automated message saying log in and chat with an agent but I can’t log in. Where do I go from here. I have to run payroll by tonight.
I have an employee who cannot log in to the ADP website or the app. He logs in with all his info and then the phone number is not recognized.
It's driving my insane. Everything is accurate in our information and he is just not getting recognized. I have tried to call customer service, which I have just learned DOES NOT EXIST. and no human being is available to take my call.
has anyone had anything like this happen and what did you do? i would really like to get this employee access. but man, ADP is not being helpful in anyway.
