No, but I can tell what did that to you from the ingredient list, It's the malitol, way higher on the ingredient list than stevia. It's a sugar alcohol. Gives a whole lot of people severe diarrhea. Also these have hydrogenated vegetable oils (aka trans fats) which are actually illegal in a lot of countries. There are also 9 grams of carbs per cup, so anyone trying to watch carbs or anyone overweight probably should give these a pass. More on reddit.com

Hi my stomach is wrecked after eating 2 bags or Russell Stovers sugarfree chocolates. They were delicious though. I was surprised at how normal they tasted. They just don't sit normally when you eat a lot. I read malitol can cause gas and upset stomach. I checked off both boxes and going to blow up the toilet. Check them out if you haven't already. Just try eating a serving though.

I think this must be a keto rite of passage. I also was excited to find sugar free chocolate. Learned nothing in life is free lol. I have found that Lily's chocolate bars are a good occasional treat (not the entire bar in one go), and I don't have digestive issues afterwards.

Today I bought and ate 3 pieces of like an assorted bag of these chocolates! I put them in my carb manager app. It said my net carbs was still way under 20 today even with these candies ?? But I am reading they will kick me out ketosis? Even if I’m under net carbs ? Even if I only ate 3 ever in my life 🙄😂? Anyone have experience with these chocolates?

I keep lots of Russel Stover sugar free chocolate around, mostly the peanut butter cups and mint chocolate things. They're good, they've never kicked me off keto. Sometimes I'll eat 3 or 4 of them. My regiment is pretty strict, I target under 20g net daily. Also good are the Atkins coconut bars, they're better than Bounty. Werther's Originals has a sugar free kind. Edit; I think I've read similar things but it hasn't been my experience, and they usually come from Weight Watchers fangirls.(yes, those weirdos exist), they hate anything Atkins and regular sugar free stuff (which is perfectly fine) really triggers them.

December 16, 2022 - I’d avoid. Virtually all of their sugar free stuff is stacked with sugar alcohols. Not a problem for people that don’t have issues with those, but I have the same reaction so I get it.
