Today I bought and ate 3 pieces of like an assorted bag of these chocolates! I put them in my carb manager app. It said my net carbs was still way under 20 today even with these candies ?? But I am reading they will kick me out ketosis? Even if I’m under net carbs ? Even if I only ate 3 ever in my life 🙄😂? Anyone have experience with these chocolates?

They’re made with maltitol which has practically the same GI as table sugar…so unfortunately you still have to count at least half of those carbs towards your carbs for the day. Always. Avoid. I keep lots of Russel Stover sugar free chocolate around, mostly the peanut butter cups and mint chocolate things. They're good, they've never kicked me off keto. Sometimes I'll eat 3 or 4 of them. My regiment is pretty strict, I target under 20g net daily. Also good are the Atkins coconut bars, they're better than Bounty. Werther's Originals has a sugar free kind. Edit; I think I've read similar things but it hasn't been my experience, and they usually come from Weight Watchers fangirls.(yes, those weirdos exist), they hate anything Atkins and regular sugar free stuff (which is perfectly fine) really triggers them.
