I'm trying to build my first pc and trying to keep costs down while building something decent preferably a 1440p build. I bought this bundle from new egg https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4777671 but then I saw this deal from microcenter https://www.microcenter.com/product/5006970/amd-ryzen-7-9700x,-gigabyte-b650-gaming-x-ax-v2,-gskill-flare-x5-series-32gb-ddr5-6000-kit,-computer-build-bundle. I was wondering which bundle would be best value for my goals. I'd be pairing it with a 5070 since it's the only card I can consistently find closest to msrp.
Edit: Forgot to mention the newegg combo includes free 32 corsair ram as well.
I'm trying to keep my budget to around 1200 as close as possible.
I'm in socal so the microcenter would be almost a 90 mins drive.
Since this is my first build and parts are expensive I just want to make sure I get something that will last me a decent time and also won't break the bank. I want to get it right or as right as possible. Thank you in advance for any feedback, opinions, and help. I've been finding the pc community very helpful and I appreciate that!

Is this a good deal and should I jump on it? Or are there other deals I'm missing for this combination? Looking to upgrade a system with a Ryzen 5 3600 and 3060ti and figured this would be a worthy upgrade.
