This was why AM5 moved from PGA to LGA to add more pins to up it to 230 watts. All B550 motherboards support PCIe 4.0 and resizable-BAR which is all you need for the best performance with a 3070 Ti. The 5900x and 5950x are awesome CPUs, but are really targeted more to workstations than everyday or gaming PCs. For a gaming PC the 5800X3D is a better choice.
