Ryzen combo for 1080p gaming
The parts you picked a pretty overpriced, especially stuff like the SSD, case, motherboard.
For 1080P 7800X3D would be the best. RX 6800 could be an interesting option for the GPU.

Also I strongly recommend an upgrade to 1440P, dunno why you'd want to stick with ugly 1080P? A decent 1440P panel costs 200 euro these days.

You could wait for the 2300x or 2500x if all you want to do is gaming but otherwise i would recommend the 2600x
