I have a 7700x, this thing will go to 95c running Minecraft with 16+ chunks. I use Ryzen Master to set a temperature limit of 80c, but I was wondering if I go any lower will that risk a Windows crash or anything? Or will it only decrease MHz?

My NZXT Z73 CPU temperature says 50 degrees and the AMD Ryzen Master says 40, just wondering which is accurate.
