I bought an s21 in 2024, the motherboard of my s9 was burned, the exynos of my s9 was heating up, and the battery didn't last long, so for the purchase of a new samsung I was afraid about the samsung chips, so much so that I had aimed at the s20 fe with the snapdragon, but I decided to give a chance to the exynos of the s21, the reviews spoke well of it.
Guys, it's a masterpiece, it never heats up, super fast, with 120 hz activated the s21 can easily hold up in 2025 with phones released now, I think samsung hit the mark that time..
Funny that the s22 has returned to having a mediocre exynos, Samsung is really strange what do you think? Do you agree?
I miss the s9 screen though, that resolution was crazy
I don't think S21 Ultra Exynos can upgrade it's CPU to a better Snapdragon though. I would like to upgrade the S21 Ultra phone without getting the S22 Ultra platform which now operates in a lesser of a phone's component space that was taken up by a pen holder.

I tried using Cpu-z but it says my board is a "Lahaina" which I have no idea what that means.
I'm definitely at the point where I'd like to update my phone, so I was excited when the S25 was coming out. However, seeing all the reviews on it is making me doubt if I want to make the purchase. I don't particularly care for AI; the feature I care for most is getting a good camera for pictures and videos. I know nothing about technology, so I don't really know how to compare it to know if the change would be worth it, and the reviews I've watched have been very mixed. If anyone has any suggestions, that'll be very appreciated.
My wife has an S22 Ultra. It's alright. I don't really think it's all that worthwhile of a device to upgrade if you already have an S21U, unless you get a really good deal.
I had the chance to try out an S23U recently.. And honestly, I wasn't impressed that much. If anything, it almost seemed like a downgrade, particularly in the camera department. Everything seemed to be off colored and grainy. My wife seemed to think so as well. Tried different settings... Nothing seemed to improve it much.
My wife's device, the S22u 256gb with 12gb of RAM, is incredibly laggy. I've never had this problem with the S21 Ultra.
That makes me beg the question... Are these newer devices really worth upgrading to from the S21 Ultra? There seems to be so many issues with newer devices.
It might be possible for me to get hands on an S21 Ultra sealed pack for approx 320 usd (29k inr). You think this is a good deal? And does it makes sense spending this on a phone which effectively does not have any OS updates coming? I have always wanted to get an Ultra but never got around to doing it, and this might be an opportunity. I'm checking if I can get a similar deal for s22 ultra, but it seems unlikely.
Let me know your thoughts please.
I have an S10 right now thar works perfectly but feel I should upgrade before issues arise. Do not care about the latest features or acquiring status by having the latest cell phone.
Is it a bad move to purchase a galaxy s21 right now in April 2024 It's unlocked. From backpage.com 168 bucks
Is this the right move?
S21 ultra still good ?? I have focus on battery or buy Redmi note 13 pro plus, honor x8b
I've used this phone for 2 years now, I really think it will go for another 2 years working pretty much the same as the last 2 besides maybe battery being weaker
Still a great phone. Still feels very fast, great battery life (health at 93% after 3 years), good display + speaker, plenty of storage and ram.
It's honestly hard to justify ever abandoning the S21U since it's still such a great phone.
Still get another major Android update and 2 more years of security updates as well if I'm not mistaken.
Iโm planning to upgrade from Iphone Xs in early october. My questions:
How does it hold up today?
What are the pros and cons of owning it now?
How often does it lag, stutter?
What phone would you recommend if you donโt recommend buying this phone ( Samsung S21 Ultra)? You can recommend any phone brand model except Xiaomi ( because I donโt like itโs os)
I use my current phone for Social media, work, browsing and sometimes for games My maximum budget is 350โฌ euros
To the people that owns these devices, what are your guy's thoughts on the device? How does the battery, temperature, performance held up after 2 years of use. Which device perform better in this specific aspect but is worse on the other device and are the rumors of the device you're using true or not.
My s21 ultra still reports near perfect battery health, and the phone still works great.
A couple of the UI apps I use seem to be losing speed a bit, but everything else works great.
Seeing everyone complain about their more current phones makes me want to stick with this a lot longer.
Fwiw, I was an every 2 years upgrader, I see no reason to change at this point, and we are approaching 4 years.
s21 5g battery life is fucking awful dont get it
On the end of May my s21 ultra (exynos) had a big update, and ever since it has freezed unexpectedly and afterwards had multiple reboots. I had it examined in a local phone service, but they found nothing. I have had enough of this, once it stopped working in a middle of a super busy night as I was planning the night with my friends.
Before I was a Samsung ultra fan because my previous s20 ultra had proven to be a reliable, smooth and fast phone. The issue I have encountered now has shaped my thoughts, and I no loger want to have anything to do with Samsung.
Please suggest a android phone you find as good as Samsung Ultra, but more reliable. In the best scenario also as good camera, but that's not the main thing. I have positive experiences with Xiaomi, but I was thinking about One Plus although I haven't had one. Thank you!
Is the S21 Ultra really an upgrade over the S20 Ultra? I know the S21 loses an SD slot, no longer includes the charger in the box and gets a newer chip but these things are minimal. In terms of features and hardware is there anything that, in paper, makes the S21 Ultra better than the S20 Ultra?
