You're not stating anything about your needs. But the main thing about buying a three year old phone is you have three fewer years of security updates, and likely a phone with a three year old battery. You may be better off with a new midrange phone if you don't need the features of a flagship. And speaking of features, I'm not sure whether the S22 series has UWB, and that is a feature I look for. Most others not, but that's the type of thing I'm referring to. Modern midrange phones are plenty fast enough for most tasks, needing a benchmark app to tell them apart. I just moved from a midrange Pixel 6a to a flagship S25+ and can barely notice the difference in performance, if at all. So that's basically a three year jump in addition to going from midrange to flagship. More on reddit.com
