If you just want to read it, not own it, use the library. Do a catalog search, which will give no results. Then go to “LinkPlus” on the results page. That searches other libraries. The Berkeley, Oakland, and SF libraries have it. Click on “request it” and the Sac Library will order it for you.
There is no charge for this service.

I hope more books become available on Libby. I've run into so many issues with books always being checked out with months long wait. I used hoopla to get around some of those, but I guess I'll be SOL. More on reddit.com
