Hey everyone, wondering if any of you might have suggestions for nearby places to take donations beyond clothes and shoes? Like home items?
Used to take stuff to Village Discount on Elston, but they recently got rid of their donation trailer for some reason.
Appreciate any info, thanks!

Does the Salvation Army here have a drop off location/ Where are beneficial places to donate clothes.
YMMV, but salvation army is very anti LGBT as an org, so take that information however you will, be it a con or a pro for your personal morals.
The Go store is over by Brick and Forge, replaced their footprint (and purpose) a few years back, and they appear to be a more local origin faith based org. I don't know if SA still operates locally, but Google says it's on Harkrider somewhere..
That said, locally COHO is one of our biggest charities in Conway. While it is still a religious affiliated charity, it actively participates with empowering local citizens, rather than just selling donations. Soul Food also fills this active role in the community.
There are a couple of women's and family shelters in the area (Bethlehem House, Haven House, Harbor House), and there is the religious men's rehab (Renewal Ranch) that would all probably take donations of clothes.
Other places that may be more prone to cash donations rather than clothes would be CAPCA, United Way, and The CALL.
