I live around 2 hours from any Sam's club. I go with a friend every few months. We just got the membership with free delivery. I've ordered my dog food from Walmart for a over decade. Never had any issues. I found Sam's has the same food,5 lbs more for 5 dollars less. Logically I was excited to order from them instead. I order 2 40 lb bags at a time. My very first order, one of the bags was open and the food was floating around in the box. No big deal, right? I go on the app, and start an exchange. They want me to bring the 45 lb bag to a FedEx store. Remember when I said I was 2 hours from a Sam's club. Yeah, no FedEx stores near me. Never mind lugging a 45 lb bag around. I try calling. On hold for almost an hour and they disconnected me, saying there were no agents available. I tried the online chat, same thing. Waited about 30 minutes before they disconnected me. I have sent 2 emails and responded to their survey. Nothing from them.. I received the new bag a few days later. But I'm sure there's going to charge me for the one I haven't returned yet. Any suggestions?
