This watch uses tizen os. This os is basically dead now. If you are completely fine with what you get out of the box - it could be okish. But I would not buy HA2 in 2023. Better consider galaxy watch 4. Even new they are heavily discounted now. More on reddit.com

June 3, 2023Difference in Active Watch 2 and Watch 6?
I made this exact upgrade (Active2 > Watch6) last month by taking advantage of the enhanced trade-in offer ($125 for the Active2, which I got for free via a Verizon offer my dad passed to me). I ended up getting the Watch6 for $115 ($122 after tax), which I couldn't pass up. So far the most noticeable differences are: WearOS: It's just so much cleaner/better than Tizen. More/better apps, quicker notifications, easier to use Google Assistant and control smart home products via Google Home, etc. The overall experience is a lot less clunky. Bigger, brighter display: I got the 40mm Watch6 and the display is noticeably bigger than the one on the Active2 I had, which is nice for the presentation of information and the usability of watch faces, for instance. The display is also brighter and better overall, which isn't surprising. Faster/smoother: This is related to the WearOS point, but with the better hardware, it made me realize using the Active2 was like walking through mud. To your specific questions about features like ECG, blood oxygen measurements, sleep tracking, etc., I can't say much because I didn't use many of those health-related things (besides step tracking and heart rate monitoring) on the Active2 very often. However, I've been using sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring on the Watch6 and they've both worked fine. Step tracking seems fine too. And as I said above, the app selection and functionalities are definitely better on WearOS/Watch6. The overall upgrade is well worth it, IMO, especially if you can get a solid trade-in value for the Active2. More on reddit.com

I am currently using mi band 5. I do not require much from the watch. I would like to have a tracking of the number of steps and how many kilometers I walked. I am also interested in options such as heart rate, tracking my sleep or the ability to reply to an SMS without a phone. I heard that system updates will end this year, I won't be installing any apps on this watch too much. Is it worth buying this model of this watch, or can you choose something else?
