I had this same problem yesterday: Galaxy earbuds not visible to my new Dell laptop. I'm running Windows 11. I finally realized they were paired with my phone and shut the blue tooth off on my mobile. Once I did that, they magically appeared and automatically connected on my laptop.
I've followed multiple tutorials online to try and sync these stupid things with my MBP, but nothing seems to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Why won't my Galaxy Buds show up on Bluetooth?
There are a few reasons why your Galaxy Buds may not show up in your Bluetooth settings menu. First, ensure your earbuds and connected device are away from Wi-Fi routers or running microwaves, and there’s an uninterrupted path between them. If that fails, try restarting the buds by placing them in the case and closing the lid. Wait for the LED on the case to go out, and then connect the earbuds again. If issues persist, consider charging the earbuds for at least 30 minutes. You should check that the charging pads are clear of debris and that your USB cable works beforehand.

Hello RemusGrecea,
I'm John an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. I understand you cannot pair your galaxy buds on your PC. What is the make and model of your PC?
Did you try other Bluetooth device to connect on your PC? If available, Try the galaxy buds to pair on another computer.
First make sure that you've turned off your phone's Bluetooth and the buds are inside the case.
Insert the Galaxy Buds into their charging case in the proper position. Close the case and the battery indicator should flash, indicating they're ready to pair.
If the battery indicator does not flash, it means it needs to be charged. Let them charge for at least ten minutes before pairing them.
Go to "Bluetooth and other devices" . Click on the "+" next to "Add Bluetooth or other device". Click on "Bluetooth". Now, open your Galaxy Buds case (this will turn on the pairing mode). Your buds should now be discoverable and ready to pair.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further concerns.
Sincerely
John DeV
