I want to love these beans so much, but 4 days in and they're still hurting my ears. I've watched the videos on how to correctly wear them, I've tried making sure they're more vertical than horizontal, I've tried the different ear flaps (even no flaps), but despite everything, my concha is sore and tender after just an hour or two. These beans sound great, call quality seems excellent, and these would be so nice to just take on the go, and much more portable to put them loose in a pocket if I didn't want to take the case. Not giving up yet, but almost there, as I don't think that upper part of my ears is going to magically "toughen up" just from these little ear flaps. I was able to call Samsung and before I even mentioned the sleeves or "skin caps", the person offered to mail me some, for free. Unfortunately it will take 1 to 2 weeks, since it's ground shipping, so I need to check my return policy to make sure I have that long. I'm really hoping these sleeves help, but I'm not sure they're the right solution for my ears, since the problem for me is the upper part where the ear flaps thingies press against my upper ear (concha). These “sleeves” appear to be meant for people with very large ear holes, as shown under the expandable section heading “Check 1.
