Battery life is probably going to be a downgrade, even considering a 2 year old watch. The watch 5 Pro was rated at 80 hours of battery life, while the Watch 7 is rated at 40 hours. If you're used to 2-3 days of battery life on your 5 Pro the 7 will be a downgrade in that department. More on reddit.com

History:
The first smartwatch I got was the apple series 2 and I loved this watch but I was not too fond of the fact that it was only 2 days battery when I switched to Samsung I got the Samsung galaxy watch which was amazing in terms of battery life. it gave me at least 4 days of battery. Samsung galaxy watch came with 472 mAh.
the things I didn't like about this watch is

chunky and not good for activity

charging speed was too slow
due to this chunky size, I then switched to Samsung watch 3 and I think this was the worst move by Samsung cause yes it was less chunky and looked better but they kept the same CPU that was already 2+ years old, and battery life was almost half of the Samsung galaxy watch and charging speed was still too slow.
then I switched to Suunto 7 and I loved this watch it was rugged, charging speed was amazing but battery life was giving me max. 2 days. Activity tracking was amazing.
then I switch to Samsung watch 4 44m and it is really a good watch in terms of software and speed. but again

In conclusion, I really need Suunto 7 watch with WearOS 3.0, with fast charging speed, at least 3 days battery life, that can charge wirelessly with no pins. The answer is finally here: Samsung watches 5 PRO.
Yes, the bezel is a good feature but to be honest it always tracks dust and is not easy to clean. so I am ok that that is gone. I used Samsung Watch 4 with no bezels and I didn't really miss it.

No you aren't this sub does this every release OG GW or S owners tell everyone why they arent switching, previous release owners tell you why they aren't switching. These are all post announcements btw and leaks. Then when the watch is released and in people's hands those people come back to this sub with pics to show it off. Then we get the threads about battery life and some little tips and tricks etc... When the watch is actually released you'll see a lot more people excited posting.
