Samsung pay is definitely one of those features that genuinely makes our life so much easier.
Although its sad to see that most people still use Google Pay on their Samsung flagships. Google Pay and Apple pay gets all the hype and Samsung Pay is so much better!
How often do you use Samsung Pay?
Hi there ๐ค I am coming from Apple. Bought a S23 Ultra and loving it so far. Do you guys use Samsung Wallet? I used Apple pay and it was ... okay. Didn't use it THAT much but it was good to have it.
How much do you use it? Thank you all!
If I wipe my phone and open up Samsung pay, I have to re-add my cards and profile. I like it this way.
But if I get Samsung Pay Cash and my phone gets lost or wiped, how do I access it again?
I don't know if I posted the question before or if anyone did it, but that's one doubt I've had before applying.
Yes. You get rewards for using it. Some places that say they dont accept pay-by-phone have been surprised that Samsung Pay works on their machines.
It's free to use except they charge fees for certain types of reloads. Debit card reloads are accessed a flat .25cent fee while reloads from a credit card are accessed 3% of the reload amount. 3% foreign transaction fee. No overdraft protection available. No fees to send money domestically person to person. They provide a routing and account number for ACH debits and deposits. All ACH transfers are free. No charge for purchases or POS cash back wherever Mastercard, Cirrus, or Pulse acceptance Marks are shown( may be subject to additional conditions and fees set by accepting merchant).
Like the title says, how do you actually add funds to that card? There's a promotion going on where you can get a $10 cashback reward if you make 2 or more purchases. I want to do the promotion but in order to do so I need funds on the card.
When I go to the 'Add Money' section, I can pick the amount but then it tells me to add a debit/credit card. When I add a card, it tells me that card is already in Samsung Pay (because it is) and then returns to that screen. If I add a card that is not in Samsung Pay, it adds successfully but then still returns to that screen.
Any suggestions?
So, I tried Samsung Pay today which works through Curve but I don't understand the point of it? What is the actual difference between my bank account and Samsung Pay? What benefits does it actually have?
New to the e wallet stuff and was wondering if this was even possible
Hi, how much would I have to pay to use Samsung Pay Cash, isn't like a debit card? What would be the total amount that I would have to pay when finishing the registration and or monthly?
I do like the ability to swipe up from the bottom of my S23 Ultra to open Pay
There was a time when long press the back button of my Galaxy 5 Pro watch opened pay, but that seems to have disappeared.
Event tickets/club memberships don't provide the option to save to Samsung Wallet, always Google Wallet
Sure I suppose I could scan the QR code to manually add items to Samsung Wallet but that woul require two devices, one to generate the QR code and another to read the QR code.
Samsung Pay and Google Pay have lots of ways to earn cash back by buying things within their apps.
Does Samsung Pay have any other ways to earn cash back, for example in-store?
If so, can you point me to a reference? Same question for Google Pay.
This is a less confused version of a previous question I asked.
For those that don't know, you can earn cashback from certain retailers by clicking through Samsung Pay.
I do this and when I'm ready to cash out, I redeem it to a Samsung Rewards Card. I go to 7-Eleven, get one of those choose your denomination Amazon gift cards ($15-?). I tell the cashier how much I'm putting on my gift card and I tap my Samsing Pay with Samsung Rewards Card to pay that amount.
My issue is, all of the 7-Elevens in my area are out of those cards and after asking, I was told they're randomly restocked by a vendor but not on a specific day or regularly.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of another retailer that has these Amazon cards and has successfully purchased one in the above mentioned manner? I think I tried Stater Bros last year and it didn't work. I don't want to waste my time going around places and trying, plus I don't want to look shifty going up there when it may not work ๐
New to Samsung Pay and was wondering how the cash back awards work. When I choose one it takes me to the retailers website. Does it only work for online purchases?
Which do you use/prefer with ur ULTRA?
