India's users are very low because of its stupid partnerships and the amount of Data sharing it soes is insane. Tickets for railway is one service provider, Tickets for flights is one service Movie tickets is one And you need to more an app lock, security feature.

Many nations throughout the world accept Samsung Pay, however consumers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania are still awaiting official acceptance. It's intriguing that Samsung Pay hasn't appeared yet given how technologically advanced these nations are.
What do you believe is the reason for the hold up? Is it market size, regulations, or banking partnerships? What steps may Samsung take to expedite adoption in smaller European markets, in your opinion?

Pretty sure it's mostly to do with bank partnerships. For cards to work on mobile payment systems the banks need to partner with the brand. Most banks would rather go with Google over Samsung, as even though Samsung is the majority of Android, the odd person with have another Android phone and banks will want to be available for everyone. I'm not sure about the Baltics but for example in Poland, Samsung Pay doesn't work there because banks only accept apple and Google Pay, with their own nfc payment alternatives on their apps. Also im pretty sure it costs money to partner with Samsung, so banks often don't see a reason to partner with samsung if google pay works fine for most ppl
