Samsung Pay isn't supported on your phone error on Samsung S20 Ultra
Why can't I remove Samsung Pay from my phone?
Samsung Pay comes pre-installed on older Galaxy smartphones. You won’t be able to uninstall the app, but you can disable it if you don’t plan to use mobile payments.
Is Samsung Pay safe?
Yes, Samsung Pay is safe. The app uses tokenization to create a unique identifier to complete transactions, and Samsung doesn’t store your actual card information. Before making a payment, you must authorize all transactions with a PIN, fingerprint, or face unlock scan. Samsung’s Knox security feature protects your phone from malware and other security threats.
Hi. I just upgraded from my Note 9 to a S21 Ultra and when I was trying to start Samsung pay on my S21 Ultra a message appeared that stated "Can't use Samsung pay. Samsung pay isn't supported on your phone.". I have used Samsung pay on my Note 9 and Galaxy Watch before and I can still use it on them (including my Galaxy Watch that is connected to my S21 Ultra now). So my question is if there is any solution to this because I love Samsung pay and have been using it for a long time and it would be very annoying to not have it? Btw I live in Sweden if that could have anything to do with it not working.
Samsung Pay is locked to region according to the version of the phone you get. For example, I picked up an unlocked international version, and can't use Samsung Pay in the US. It seems I can only use it in the UAE for some reason. It took some digging to figure that out. It appears these "International Versions", while suitable for the GSM bands I needed, are doled out randomly by certain vendors, like the one I purchased from online. Others from that seller reported getting one that only worked in the UK, or India, or other areas for Samsung Pay. It seems that Samsung Pay is the only goofed up thing with these phones. It's because they come "preinstalled" with Samsung Pay for that particular region.
I have often wondered if I can download the appropriate APK from APK mirror, which I have located and downloaded, just to see if I can get it to work, but have not yet attempted such a feat.
I'm having the same issue on a samsung s20 FE devices, this is extremely stupid!
I just got an s21 ultra and I've tried installing Samsung pay countless times but only the Korean version of the app appears on the galaxy store
I got my Samsung phone from an unsupported Samsung pay country, therefore whenever I open Samsung pay it says my phone is unsupported. Is there a way to make Samsung pay work on my phone?
How does an S23 ultra not support samsung pay? Is this normal?
Hello, I just bought a brand new s23 ultra international version, everything works fine except when I try to install Samsung wallet / pay, it's not available on the galaxy store, and when I download it on the google play store and start the application, it says it's not compatible with my device ? Any ideas ?
