I just switched over from iPhone and I’m not sure which app I’m supposed to use for downloading apps. So which is it? It’s a Galaxy a23 for reference.
Hey everyone,
This has probably been answered in the past, but I haven't found any confirmation from reputable sources yet. For most apps, I get them from the Play Store only because Galaxy Store just doesn't have them. But today, I was given an option to replace certain apps (PUBG Mobile being one of them) with the Galaxy Store variant. A quick reddit/google search revealed that some people found PUBG Mobile to run much better when its downloaded from Galaxy Store rather than the Play Store.
So now I just wonder if apps downloaded through Galaxy Store indeed are better optimized than apps downloaded through Play store. If so, I'll just replace all my apps with their Galaxy Store counterparts should there be an option.
Logically, it makes sense, since Galaxy store is owned by Samsung whereas Play Store is Google. So Galaxy store apps might be more "optimized for Samsung devices," whereas apps on Play Store are just more like a "one size fits all" solution. Does anyone have any confirmation or reputable links? Thanks so much ahead everyone, and sorry if this has already been answered in the past. Any help is welcome.
