This looks like it is due to the watch itself and not the band (which is not common from what I’ve seen). You may want to try the following: get a third party plastic/wood/silicone/leather case so that your skin touches that instead of the metal of the watch get a different watch. I would recommend getting a Garmin, it has a plastic and glass base that makes contact with your skin, just get a new wristband made of leather/fabric/nylon. The silicone one it comes with has a tendency to cause a rash of its own. If you do get a rash with a Garmin, contact customer support and they will hook you up!
