Ok, I did a lot of trial and error with buying charging adapters from Amazon and sending them back but I finally found one that is compatible. UGREEN 30W Nexode USB-C GaN Fast Charger A good price £11.89 on Amazon You will need to buy a USB-C to USB-C lead that can handle the voltage. So glad I found it, I believe an Airbnb guest pinched it, maybe they had a duo charger at home and realised how hard it was to replace the charger and couldn't resist. What kinda charger do you have plugged into the pad? Is it the one that came with it? Also, if you charge the watch and buds, watch will take priority. If you charge phone Buds and watch, the watch will get the lower priority. I don't have a galaxy watch yet, likely here soon, but I can charge my s21U on it with the buds + no problem. Both charge up quickly. When I still had the s20 + for trade in, I tried it with both phones and BOTH were fast wireless charging. Pretty neat. Although if you have nfc enabled on both, they will try to read each other through the proximity nfc chip and the charging pad. Make sure that's off if you're charging more than one phone, lol.

Edit: Hit post before I was done lol. Anyways, make sure the charger is the correct one, and wipe off any grease or grime on top. I found my pad had overheated from small amounts of grease on top. Another day I found a rubber band on top of it and it was flashing, touched it and it was hot. Pro tip, keep stuff off of it.

I got the duo one .. it all boils down to charging speed I think (can't remember) the trio has about 9W output while duo has 15W output (faster) .. do u want to sacrifice charge speed for number of devices charging ? More on reddit.com

its a shame Samsung didn't update the trio to be compatible with the ultra a trio 2 would have been good. More on reddit.com
