I've been trying to days to schedule a pickup, but it keeps looping me back to the same place, is there any trick to scheduling? (I have a Fedex account). I've tried Safari and Chrome browsers on mobile and desktop, as well as the app. And have tried chat, but it just keeps asking me for the tracking number and then not getting any further. Fedex has been cheaper lately, so I'd love to utilize it for my business shipping needs, but need packages picked up or it isn't worth my time.

On the FedEx website they only have options for FedEx Ground and FedEx Express pickup. If I schedule a Ground pickup will they pickup my home delivery package?

I am moving across the country and need to ship a couple of boxes. I am planning to try FedEx Ground shipping home pickup and I have a couple of questions:

1. Is there an additional cost for them to pick up the packages from my place (compared to let’s say I go to a Walmart FedEx)?

2. Once I schedule a pickup, do I need to *print * anything out? I don’t have a printer lol.

I frequently have to ship something from the business I work at. When i create a shipping label for a package and select schedule pickup, it defaults to scheduling the pickup for the same day.

If I don't change the shipment to be the next day, they will never pick up my package. Is there a time window that I can get it picked up the same day? Like if I create the shipment at 8am or something?
