It's definitely good for a beginner, fundamentals course. From there you'll be able to build on your own. Check out fullstackopen after that, it's a bit less hand-holdy (probably ignore the MERN stuff, just the react and express stuff) But to answer your question, yes, the Scrimba course on React will get your started. I think trying to find one source for everything is usually to the learner's detriment. Seeking many sources of knowledge was key for me, anyway. More on reddit.com
