January 31, 2020 - I have a Sears Mastercard with thankyou through Citi. I had the account for twenty years, the primary reason I have kept it is a couple years after I opened it it was converted from a Sears Card to a Sears Mastercard. Anyway, my question is can use the Citi app to access my account?

For those who prefer to go mobile, you can download the Shop Your Way MAX app on Google Play or the Apple App Store to shop and manage your account. In general, it makes the most sense to get a Sears card if you shop there often.

October 13, 2022 - You can access your online account through the Citibank mobile app to pay your Sears credit card —it is available both on iOS and Android. Firstly, you would have to download the app if you haven’t —if so, just enter your user ID and password.
