Hi everyone!
I'm traveling to Portland this weekend to attend my first Thorns game on Saturday. I bought my ticket a few months ago via the SeatGeek website and today as I'm starting to pack I noticed when looking at the ticket online on the SeatGeek website it says the following:
"Mobile only event: You must enter this event by scanning your mobile barcode from the SeatGeek or official team app."
Anyways, I didn't think much about this, but when I went to download the SeatGeek app, my phone wouldn't let me. Apparently "this app won't work for your device" or something, I don't know, I guess my phone is kind of old.
I am able to view my ticket and the ticket barcode when I log into the SeatGeek website on my phone. Would staff at the stadium be able to scan my ticket barcode from the SeatGeek website? Or does it have to be scanned via the app?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Edit: Update: Thanks for replying so quickly everyone! Now I can stop worrying about not having the app! And if I run into any issues I'll go talk to the box office.
