A second dress for the reception?
What is the best style of wedding dress for dancing?
I'm caught on a weird question about wedding dresses and dancing...
Most people do not change, simply because spending hundreds/thousands of pounds on a dress that you only wear for a few hours is even worse than spending hundreds/thousands on a dress that you only wear for 1 day. I personally cannot afford to be spending even more on my wedding day outfit than I already am.
If you can afford another outfit and want to change, you can. Some people do. No one else is going to care whether you do or not. But the majority of brides get by just fine in their fancy dress all night.

I’m curious if anyone has had a second dress to change into for the reception? Or if you are planning to do so? And if you did have a second dress, when did you change into it? My wedding isn’t until next year, but I’ve been debating on whether or not I want a second more comfortable dress for the reception to dance in.
